The Values in Action Awards was designed as Aviva’s flagship celebration of the colleagues who exemplify our core values of Care, Confidence, Community and Commitment. Created to recognise individuals and teams who consistently go above and beyond for our customers and each other, the event set out to deliver an experience equal to their achievements - meaningful, memorable and deeply human.

Hosted at the iconic Tate Modern, the ceremony welcomed 200 finalists, leaders and guests for an evening that combined celebration with genuine emotional connection. Every aspect of the event was curated with purpose: from the welcome experience and bespoke creative elements to the pacing of the awards, entertainment and dining. Our aim was not simply to host a ceremony, but to create a moment of pride and belonging for those being honoured.

A standout feature was the personalised LEGO figures used as place cards - each one individually crafted to reflect the unique personality or role of the attendee. This small but powerful touch became one of the most talked about elements of the evening, symbolising how Aviva recognises people as individuals, not just colleagues. Together with thoughtful staging, impactful storytelling and seamless production, the night delivered a celebration that felt both premium and personal.

Feedback from attendees highlighted a strong sense of reward, connection and inspiration, with many noting that the event reinforced why they are proud to work at Aviva. By creating an experience rooted in our values, the event not only celebrated exceptional colleagues but also strengthened our culture and brought our purpose to life.
