WSP's Global Leadership Conference - the Water Works programme

WSP, a global engineering leader, partnered with Lightbulb Teams to deliver a powerful CSR team-building experience, at their 2024 Global Leadership Conference in Madrid. Engaging 400 senior leaders, the event combined experiential learning and inclusive design to build 90 water filters through the ‘Water Works’ CSR team-building programme—providing clean water to 27,000 people in Uganda for up to two years.

The Water Works programme aligned with WSP’s ESG commitments and UN SDGs (#3, #6, #13), while fostering teamwork, innovation, and sustainability. The session delivered strong emotional impact, deep community engagement, and a lasting legacy—helping WSP put their “purpose front and centre.” Following its success, WSP and Lightbulb Teams have since delivered CSR initiatives across five more global events, positively impacting over 63,000 lives.
