Karen is a seasoned brand experience and live events professional with over 20 years of expertise spanning both agency and client-side roles. Currently at Sky, she leads high-profile events within the Corporate Affairs team, delivering impactful experiences across Internal Communications, CSR, Executive & Leadership engagement, PR & Media, and key external stakeholders. Throughout her career at Sky, Karen has held multiple roles focused on brand experience and live activations, consistently bringing the brand to life for customers, colleagues, and corporate audiences alike. Her earlier agency-side work saw her shaping brand activations for major clients including O2, GSK, Deutsche Bank, and Porsche. Karen is a firm believer in the power of creatively-led, authentic brand events to inspire audiences, shift behaviours, and build lasting brand loyalty—the ultimate goal for any brand.
