Katie joined the mia team in 2008 and therefore has a wealth of experience and knowledge of membership, accreditation, the requirements and expectations of our members. 

Away from work Katie is a passionate Leicester City season ticket holder and F1 fan. She can be found walking her dog, Ada, or undertaking silversmithing projects.
