She currently holds a global leadership role at GSK, where she is responsible for the strategic planning and operational delivery of major international medical congresses. With over 25 years' experience, Nicola has led large‑scale global events and integrated programmes for organisations including GSK, AstraZeneca, Babylon Health, the NHS, BMW and Metro Broadcast. Her expertise spans congress strategy, stakeholder engagement, experiential design, governance and flawless operational execution in highly regulated environments.
