With experience working with venues, catering, and now most recently as general manager of Event Marketing Association (EMA), Priya's role sees her developing and driving strategies for growth within the association, membership engagement, educational events, and general communication management. EMA is the only association for UK in-house corporate event planners. She is also co-founder of industry initiative Event First Steps whose aims are to encourage newcomers to forge their own career paths. Their core values are routes to industry, visibility of the entire industry and diversity when attracting new talent.
