Simon McDermott FIMI is the Managing Director of Ignition, an employee-owned business specialising in the design and delivery of tailor-made learning experiences for the automotive and tech industries. With over 25 years' L&D experience, Simon leads a powerhouse team that creates innovative live, digital, and hybrid solutions for global brands including Toyota, Lexus, Yamaha, and Zeekr. A Fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry (FIMI), Simon is passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible in knowledge improvement and high-performance learning.
